Keynote Speaker: Dr. Tallha Bin Yaqub

Dr. Tallha Bin Yaqub, an expert in surface engineering, tribology, coatings, and advanced materials, delivered a keynote at AdvaMAP 2026 on 19 July 2026 titled:

“Carbon-Alloyed Transition Metal Dichalcogenide Solid Lubricants for Aerospace, Automotive, and Lightweight Tribosystems.”

His research focuses on sustainable, low-friction, and wear-resistant coatings for advanced engineering applications.

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Mohammad Shahid Raza

Dr. Mohammad Shahid Raza, Assistant Professor at IIEST Shibpur, delivered a keynote at AdvaMAP 2026 on 19 July 2026 titled:

“Process Monitoring of Laser-Based Metal Additive Manufacturing.”

His research focuses on advanced manufacturing, laser material processing, intelligent monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled manufacturing systems.

AdvaMAP 2026

The International Conference on Advanced Manufacturing and Materials Processing is the third installation of the international conference that will be organized in Porto, Portugal. The conference will be organized with the support of Indian and European academic and research organizations to promote knowledge transfer and research collaborations. It would host five different symposiums on the topics of Machining, Advanced Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Tribology and Materials. The event aims at technological and scientific advancements in the field of advanced manufacturing and materials processing. Additionally, the event aims to foster collaborations between academicians and scientists for future research endeavors. The event will take place in hybrid mode, featuring both virtual and in-person presentations.
